Can I just get an estimate?
Yes, All you have to do is is fill out the Form on our website and wait for the estimate. Most estimates are processed and emailed within 24 hours.
How do I reserve my date?
To reserve your date, a $100 deposit paid via Credit Card and a signed copy of the terms and conditions are required. You will then receive an invoice confirming your event date. Until you receive this invoice your date is not reserved.
How early should I reserve my date?
The earlier you reserve your date the better. We work on a first come first serve basis.
What type of material are your chair covers?
Our White Banquet chair covers are a Gaberdine material which is a polyester mix. Our White Folding chair covers and Ivory chair covers are made from a Scuba material (Wrinkle-free).
What type of material are your table linens?
Our table linen is a polyester mix equal to resturaunt quality material.
Do you take Credit Cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, MC and Discover. Other payments we accept are personal check, money order, or any other certified funds. Personal checks will not be accepted within 30 days of your event.
Can I special order colors?
Unfortunetly we do not accept special ordered colors, however we do continue to add colors to our list for a variety of choices.
How do I receive my chair covers/table linens?
If you are local to the NOVA, MD and DC area, we have a few options to choose from:
- We can setup and teardown for you
- We can deliver and pickup the linen for you
- You can pickup the linen at our location
If you are outside our service area we offer ontime shipping to all of our customers within the contiguous 48 states.
Do I have to wash the linens/covers before returning them?
No. We take care of all the luandry needs of the linen. We just ask that the linens are free of debris (such as food, confetti, trash) not wet or soiled as this may cause mildew and will damage the linens.
Can I change my order after I have reserved my date?
You have up until 30 days prior to your event to change your order. If you wish to reduce your count within 30 days of your event you will be charged the original amount reserved. Any increase made to your order are subject to availablity and must be paid prior to your event.
I damaged a chair cover/table linen, what do I do?
Just return the linens as you would after your event. Any damages will be charged.
When do I need to return the chair covers/table linen?
You have until 3 days after your event to drop off or ship back the linens. If linens are brought back or shipped later than the three days a 10% fee of the total rental price will be charged.
